TED talks: Sir Ken Robinson on creativity.

“Sir Ken Robinson makes an entertaining and profoundly moving case for creating an education system that nurtures (rather than undermines) creativity.” – TED

I love this video and have watched it many times. Clay Workshop at Royal West of England Academy, Bristol

    by  • January 22, 2013 • other stuff • 0 Comments

Here are some photos taken during the ‘Making Cats and Dogs’ workshop I ran at Royal West of England Academy on Sunday 20th January. Loads of fabulous models made by the kids. Not content to stick with the theme we ended up with snakes, octopusses(!) mice and fish. Nearly all enhanced with the secret weapon of ‘googly eyes’. Blasphemous in pottery circles perhaps, but secretly loved by all. What sculpture can’t be improved with a set!
